Sleep Coaching

Is your child having sleep problems that keep the whole family awake? Are you having trouble sticking to consistent naptimes and bedtimes? I am pleased to be able to offer you support and help you and your child get the sleep you need!

  • I will meet with you or with you and your child to evaluate your child’s sleep patterns and problems.
  • I will help you learn about healthy sleep and its importance for overall health and healthy development.
  • I will answer your questions and concerns and develop customized strategies to address your child’s sleep difficulties.

 


Initial Consultation

I'm pleased to offer all potential clients a no-cost 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your child's sleep issues and determine how I may be of help. (No charge)

Fee

My standard fee is an hourly fee.  (I am committed to the work of helping babies, children, and families to learn to sleep and would like to make my services available to you so please do ask about my sliding scale if necessary.)

Packages

I offer packages to bundle my fees that may be just right for your needs. Please contact me for further details.

  • "Targeted" Includes detailed consultation in my office, preparation of a individualized plan to address sleep issues, and follow-up phone calls and emails to support you as you put your plan into action.
  • "Comprehensive" Includes detailed consultation in my office, a visit to your home to evaluate and help you create the most sleep-inducing environment for your baby/child, preparation of a individualized plan to address sleep issues, and follow-up phone calls and emails to support you as you put your plan into action.
